Terms and conditions

These terms apply to consumer purchases from NELMORA through nelmora.nl. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

2. Ordering and payment

Check your order, contact details and delivery address before completing your order. You will receive a confirmation by email. The available payment methods and total amount are displayed during checkout.

3. Prices and delivery charges

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery charge is displayed before you complete your order. The general delivery rate within the Netherlands is €6.95, with free delivery from €59. Products with a separate delivery profile may have a different rate; the applicable total is shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Expected delivery within the Netherlands is 5–7 working days after your order. We will inform you if there is a delay. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected. We bear the risk of loss or damage during delivery until you, or a recipient you have designated, receive the order.

5. Returns

For unopened, unused products, we offer a returns period of 30 days after receipt. The buyer pays the direct return costs. This additional service does not limit your statutory right to cancel. The process, returns address and refund rules are set out in our returns policy.

6. Questions and complaints

Ask questions or submit complaints using the contact form or by post. Include your order number if you have it. A product must meet what you can reasonably expect of it. If a product is incorrect or defective when delivered, we will seek a solution in accordance with your statutory rights; we will then pay the necessary return costs.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not limited by this provision.
